We are born again Christians who are passionately in love with Jesus, we are crazy about one another and now we are overjoyed to have been blessed with the most precious baby girl in the world. Abby your mama and daddy are so in love with you, you are truly a blessing from God.
Abby's Aunt Carla made this beautiful Welcome Home sign for Abby. She used Abby's dress as the background. Thank you, Aunt Carla! That was really a sweet gesture! We love you.

I just have to say how very blessed I was to be witness to such a sweet, sweet event last night as Little Miss Abby made her debut appearance into the lives of her extended family.
As a friend witnessing the scene unfold at the airport, I saw grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, cameras and "Welcome Home" banners in hand, waiting with much anticipation to see a special "three"some come up the airport corridor.
Then, finally, shouts of "I see them", "Here they come", could be heard. Yes, there they were, Michael pushing the stroller filled with luggage, and Jawanna carrying a precious, long awaited Abby. ALL THREE of them were grinning from ear to ear. Even after 24+ hours of flying and layovers with a toddler, their spirits were HIGH (and Jawanna & Michael looked more radiant than I'd ever seen them)!
Abby was certainly the "star" of the show, passing out "sugars" and "high fives" to everyone. Her little face was beaming, not concerned one bit about all these new people crowding around to love on her. It was as if she KNEW she was the star and had brought all her "bags of tricks" to provide the entertainment. We all sang her favorite song, "Jesus Loves Me", right there in the airport and she rewarded us with a joyous applause and laughter when we were finished.
It is so evident that our God had indeed breathed life into her little spirit and protected her all these months as Jawanna, Michael & many others had so earnestly prayed.
And, as I said at the beginning of this post. My life has been richly blessed to have been a small part of this truly miraculous experience! THANK YOU, LORD, FOR YOUR BLESSINGS ON US!
