Qing Ping Herbal Market

The Qing Ping Herbal Market is the oldest section of Guangzhou. It may look rough, but actually it's the place where most of the restaurant and hotel owners come to buy goods for their businesses. Everything can be found here from lion paws to live (yes, live!) scorpions to dried snakes. And the smells vary from that of herbs we take in the States to rotting seafood.
